Program Guidelines

Eligibility
Home Team School Rewards is open to all 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations with tax ID numbers serving youth and young adults, ages 4-18. Organizations include, but are not limited to, public and private schools, and school group organizations such as recreation teams, academic teams and athletic associations.

Qualifying Products
Home Team logos can be found on select Fast Fixin' and Fast Classics products sold in supermarkets and club stores nationwide.

Redemption
Home Team logos are worth 30¢ each. The minimum number of logos that may be redeemed at one time is 100, or $30.00 worth. However, you may send in Home Team logos as often as you wish. Your Home Team logos will be credited to your account until you are ready to redeem. The maximum number of logos redeemable by an organization during any one Home Team calendar year (July-June) is 40,000 logos or $12,000. Advance Brands will match the first $100 your program raises in logo redemption.* A legible, completed copy of the Home Team School Rewards redemption form and a copy of your organization's W-9 which includes your tax ID number must accompany all materials submitted for redemption.

Shipping
All incoming postage charges are the responsibility of the organization or its representative. Advance Brands cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected packages. We strongly recommend that you send all packages by registered mail, FedEx or UPS.

Cash Rewards
Home Team logos are redeemed for cash only...no catalog ordering required. Checks will be made payable only to those 501(c)(3) organizations officially registered with Home Team School Rewards. The funds raised from collecting Home Team logos may be used any way the organization chooses. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your check to arrive.
