Advance Brands places our Quality Promise on every package because we believe that a company should stand behind its products. We value feedback, both positive and negative, about our products and regard it as an opportunity to improve our operations. For that reason, we make it easy for consumers who have legitimate concerns about our products to contact us.
Procedures
Complaints are directed to the Consumer Affairs Coordinator. The Consumer Affairs Coordinator collects information regarding the nature of the complaint and determines the appropriate response.
Proof of Purchase
The Consumer Affairs Coordinator may require proof of purchase (original cash register receipt or UPC symbol from the package). Proof of purchase may be required to document claims involving multiple packages or in response to repeated claims.
Mishandling
Advance Brands makes reasonable efforts to ensure proper handling of Fast Fixin' and Fast Classics products in the hands of the retailer and the consumer. It is the discretion of the Consumer Affairs Coordinator to determine the appropriate resolution with consumers regarding damage to products that occurs after they leave our control.
Unfounded and Fraudulent Claims
Advance Brands presumes honest and ethical behavior on the part of consumers who contact us. While the cost of dishonest claims may be small taken individually, such behavior is a serious violation of our trust. Further, it hampers our ability to provide good customer service when real problems occur. The Consumer Affairs Coordinator will deny claims that he or she determines are unfounded or fraudulent.
Illness or Injury
The safety and welfare of our consumers is of the utmost importance to Advance Brands. Advance Brands supplies wholesome products handled in a safe manner under the regulation of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The Consumer Affairs Coordinator conducts an initial investigation of any complaint involving suspected illness or injury resulting from the use of Fast Fixin' and Fast Classics products. Complaints involving illness or injury may be directed to the Risk Officer to determine appropriate resolution.
